This project consists of an office space, dedicated hangar space for Aspen helicopters, as well as future development for office and main hangar spaces phased for Stellar avion. In addition, there will be the Travel Air Aircraft Co. Museum that will display aircrafts and be open to the public. In addition, there will be a restaurant with views out to the runway- providing the best place to watch planes take-off and land. There is a phased option where the museum and restaurant don’t go in and instead hangar spaces and a park replace them.
