Part of a new Public Market located in San Luis Obispo, CA, Baht Thai seeks to bring the flavorful street foods of Bangkok, Thailand to the Central Coast of California. As a tenant improvement of a pre-existing stall, the improvements included new fixtures and finishes, with the vision of emulating the vibrant cuisine with the use of a bold neon signs and gold painted columns, along with new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical to accommodate kitchen equipment.
